RE: Proposed amendments to Bill No. 110

Please consider these proposed amendments to Bill No. 110 regarding the Kawili Strcct access:
1. Condition Delete the existing language and replace it with the proposed
language.
[A common access casement with the adjoining parcel identified by 'hax Map Key
2-2-50:1 d shall be pro~~ided along Kawili Street, meeting the approval of the
Department of Public Works. 'T'his common access shall be limited to right turn-
ip traffic movement. ~
Vehicular access to Ih~roperty identified by l'MK: 3-2-~0: 037 from Kawili
Street shall be limited to ingress only and shall he located at the western corner of
said property, meeting with the approval of the Department of Public Works.
2. Condition F. Amend it as follows:
A full movement ~common~ vehicular access easement between Parcels 37 and
38 or entirely on Parcel 38 shall he provided along from l,aukapu SU•eet~. ~ shall
he located at the northern corner of each of the subject properties, meeting with
the approval of the Department of Public Works. Vehicular access to the
property identified by Tax Map Kev: 2-2-050: 038 may be situated at any other
location of said propert ro~_ided that it also serves as the only Laukapu Strcct

3. Condition I. Amend as Billows:
To decrease further tragic concerns at the intersection of Kawili Street and
Makaala Street. the applicant shall coordinate its vehicular access movements
with the landowners of the adjoining (parcels] parcel identified by Tax Map Key
2-2-50: 14 hand 38~ to provide internal traffic circulation between the proposed
developments.
