1996 Water Quality~Nonitoring Report for Resent Kona Coast
Thank you for the submittal of the 1996 Water Quality Monitoring Report for Regent
Kona Coast Hotel project site as required by conditions of approval of the above-
referenced ordinance and permits.
We note that according to your submittal, "....there have been no statistically
significant increases in measured water quality parameters at Kukio that can be
attributed to either the grading at Kukio or the development (KaupulehuJ to the north.
Furthermore, statistical analyses of the biological data from the anchialine pools at
Kukio show that there have been no statiscally significant changes over the 74-month
period of this study. "
