Thank you for your letter of June 10, 2003, regarding your next meeting. Please accept my apologies since I will not be able to attend the meeting due to the board meeting of West Hawaii Crime Stoppers falling on the same day commencing at 11:45 AM. We were in error when we stated the initial report did not contain figures from Sacramento but these were in respect of purchasing vehicles. Since we had notified all concerned before the meeting quoted in the West Hawaii Today, we were advocating lease/purchase the,, questions should be related to that. If there is further discussion regarding marked police cars the figures that should be used are those submitted with our final revision, also shown on the full page advertisement in the West Hawaii Today, dated May 25, 2003, and on the WHCS Web Board at www.whcrimestoppers.com. We also have figures in respect of SUV both 2 and 4 wheel drive. If any commissioner has further questions 1 am readily available at 322-9969, fax 322-2322, a-mail csipratt@aol.com from 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM. We w h you ry successful meeting. S nc I , Iii . Alan J.
