RE: Bill 260, Draft 6
Attached for your consideration is Bill 260, Draft 6. These amendments are in addition
to the amendments based on motions made during the June 18, 2003 meeting held in
Kona. These additional amendments areas follows:
Page 4: Section 14-21(a)(12). ~fhis section is amended to allow smoking in owner's
areas where clients and patients arc not allowed during the hours the care facility is in
operation.
Page 4: Section 14-21(a)(13). "Chic section is amended to remove the 15' provision.
Page 5: Section 14-22(a)(1). This section is amended to correspond to the amendment
made in Section 14-21 ~ a)(12).
