SUBJECT: PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY
CODE 1983 (1995 EDTT]ON), RELATING TO REFUSE, FEE SCHEDULE, BILL 36,
DRAFT 8
Draft 8 of the ordinance is attached indicating the final change made before Bill 36 passed in the County
Council meeting of June 18, 2003.
Draft 8 adds the following language to the last sentence in pazagraph 3 of Section 20-46(c):
• "as disclosure would cause substantial harm to the competitive position of the person from whom
the information was obtained."
