The following technical amendments are pursuant to the motion made during the Junc 18,
2003 Hawaii County Council meeting in Kona.
Page 1: Section 1. Additional language was added to delineate a threefold purpose.
Page 7: Section 19-59(b)(1)(A). 2.75 replaces three and unneeded language was deleted.
