SUBJECT: Appropriation Ordinance for t Hawaii County Council
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has
submitted to the Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA) an
appropriation ordinance for the 1997 Community Development Block
Grant (CDBG) Program.
The HCHA has reviewed and approved the appropriation ordinance at
its meeting of May 7, 1997. Accordingly, I am requesting that
the appropriation ordinance be included on the Council agenda for
action at its May 20, 1997, meeting.
