As a voter & taxpay er I would like to see marked patrol cars. If I was an office I would be kicking and screaming not to have them because my $469 toward my 2003 limited edition Toyota 4-runner would be taken away and I would have to drive a normal car. Of course Mr.Mahuna's statement comes with the pressure of hundreds of officers not wanting there nice sporty cars taken away. How many police officers do you know that drive cars you would have to think twice before buying???? 4-runners, Chrysler 300m, Expeditions, Mustangs, Durangos, etc. You can hardly find and Ford Explorer's or small SUV's any more. I watch you nn TV and think your a smart man. Be sure to think of both sides. What's better for the county & the taxpayers and why the other side is opposed. l AM FOR MARKED PATROL CARS! ! !
