1. f he Kona traffic safety committee is concerned that the driveway be made as wide as possible at the Ali'i
Drive entrance, to ease the transition from a thirty mile an hour road to a parking lot situation. It is a busy
area, with many distractions, and the quic~Cer thatthe cars can exit traffic, the safer it will be.
2. It is imperative that anything that can he done to add additional visitor parking, be considered. The offstreet
parking issue along,Slii Drive, is an ongoing prublem that needs immediate attention. If each condominium
project wuld contain all of its uccupant and visitors cars, we would be less troubled on a very busy shoulder.
3. Please make sure that the garbage trucks can handle the turns required [o deliver and empty the dumpsters.
The shuulders of Ali'i Drive have been declared off limits for garbage collection, and other arrangernents roust
