Alexander W. Thoene, Jr., Esq., for Co-Defendant Francis De Morales
Pursuant to the Hawaii County Charter, Section 5-2.5 (1991), I respectfully request that the matter
of approving the Second Amended Agreement for Special Counsel in the above entitled case be
placed on the agenda for the Council's review and approval at the earliest possible convenience.
An Executive Session is requested because the Co-Defendant De Morales' trial strategy, the merits
of the defense and evidence will be discussed.
