This is a HEALTH issue and we need to take responsibility for providing a healthy work
environment for everyone. Every work place should be smoke free. NO EXCLUSIONS!!
Smoke free environments do not create a health hazard.
If people can fly hours on airplanes and survive I feel they will also become
accustomed to smoke free restaurants and bars. We owe this to all employees.
The Brewery in Kona has embraced this philosophy and is supportive of this law.
REMEMBER THIS IS A HEALTH ISSUE
We should not have to continually go over the statistics that have proven over and over
again the dangers of second hand smoke!! It is outrageous not to protect our workers from
such a serious threat to their health.
