To whom it concerns: t-+ We write to strongly urge you to vote in favor of the Draft 3 of the Smoking Bill (#260). If the government does not support this bill to stop smoking in public places, then this government is not at all interested in protecting it's constituents, and the government , in fact, is promoting cancer (just one of the health consequences of smoke inhalation). The government can not, on the onehand, advertise/spend tax money, to stop smoking and then, not institute the social fabric which will minimize that exposure in public settings. Just think of the tax dollars that could be saved in medical bills if this smoke exposure were reduced. It's a NO-GRAINER! thank you, Carol Zimmerman David Rudacille Makani Rudacille-Zimmerman POB 445 Naalehu, HI 96772 Comm. No. • Ref. To: CI' 1 Ref. Date
