Concerning Bill 260; 1 would like to know, in the definition of "Smoke" or "smoking",rf the part that states, "...or carrying any
lighted smoking equipment for tobacco or any other olant material:..." prevents the burning of incense in a public building
such as a church during a service, and doesn't that violate the Freedom of Religion protection of the U.S. Constitution?
Also, doesn't this ordinance violate the use and protections afforded under the Medical Marijuana law?
Very truly yours,
Roger Schweitzer
