I own a smap business. Don't get nre wrong,' I am happy that there is no smoking In alrpotis, airplanes, buses, elevators, stores, enclosed shopping centers and most restaurants. I feel thatthe small bar owners will be seriously affected by We smoking ben. I would Ake Mr. Reynolds to consider the impact of a strict smoking ban on smaN bar (business) owners. Shortof making tobacco and alcohol Illegal, I don't know what wAl work. Thank you far lis~ning to my message. Aloha Dusty.' I am dead set agalnstlt I feel that adults are rid enough to make their own choices, k is unfair to the small bar owners and their patrons who smoke. Randy Knutson Concemed Citizen (711/03) (li:2g p.m.} Re: Bil 260 I am against the ban on smoking. I feel that adults are old enough to deride if they want to go td a bar where smoking is allowed. I also feel drat yuu will overtax the Pollee Departrnent, if they have to enforce the rules. I tape that you wiA make B111260 less harsh. Comm. No. Rrf Ta. t*h I Rrt. Date _II II----~-~D.?
