Amendments in this bill are based on the concerns raised by Mayor Harry Kim in a June 25, 2003 memorandum (Communication No. 13.134). The definition is amended and now reads: "Enclosed or partially enclosed areas" means areas closed in by a roof or overhang and at least two walls. Page 3: Section 14-21(x)(2). Bars and nightclubs are deleted. Page 4-5: Section 14-21(a)(12). New language provides for a time limitation and a distinction between private and business areas of a residence. Page 4: Section 14-211a)(13). I S-toot provision is deleted. Page 5: Section 14-22(a)(1).
