Subject: Bill 260 -smoking in certain places in Hawaii County
Aloha Mayor Kim!
I'm very disappointed to team that you are still not fully supporting the full no-smoking ordinance that is
before the Council now.
I urge you to take your responsibility to protect the health of this County's public and help create an
attitude shift that may take years to complete, but will definitely make for long term health and
economic benefits for a huge number of people. There should be NO exemptions, especially for
economical reasons, as those reasons aze simply not viable.
Please use the strength of your Office to support Draft 6 of Bill 260, by encouraging each and every
Council member to vote FOR the Bill.
