Considering this definition in Bill 260: "Smoke" or "smoking" means inhaling or exhaling the fumes of tobacco or any other
plant material, or burning or carrying any lighted smoking equipment for tobacco or any other plant material;
Will the county be enforcing this requirement on local restaurants that burn candles in their dining room? The wick of a
candle is made of cotton and some of the ingredients in candles are derived from plant materials. Could this be applied to
the fireplace that is in some restaurants?
Will the county be enforcing this requirement on the local religious establishments that use incense in their services?
Incense is made from plant materials.
