Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br /> County Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br /> <br /> follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Industrial-Commercial Mixed: <br /> Parcel "A" <br /> Beginning at a pipe found at the northeast corner of this parcel of land, also being <br /> on the west side of Laukapu Street and at the southeast corner of Lot 4, the coordinates of <br /> said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAL" <br /> being 3693.00 feet South and 10,068.10 feet East and thence running by azimuths <br /> measured clockwise from true South: <br /> 1. 360° 00' 00" 100.00 feet along the west side of Laukapu Street <br /> to a pipe set; <br /> 2. 90° 00' 00" 225.00 feet along Lot 8, Block 45 to a pipe set; <br /> 3. 180° 00' 00" 100.00 feet along Lot 5, Block 45 to a spike <br /> found; <br /> 4. 270° 00' 00" ?25.00 feet along Lots B and 4, Block 45 to the <br /> -1- <br /> <br />
