John T. Hoshibata, Esq., for Co-Defendant Victor V. Vierra
Pursuant to the Hawaii County Charter, Section 5-2.5 (1991), I respectfully request that the matter
of approving the Fourth Amended Agreement for Special Counsel in the above entitled case be
placed on the agenda for the CounciFs review and approval at the earliest possible convenience.
An Executive Session is requested because the Co-Defendant Vierra's trial strategy, the merits of
the defense and evidence will be discussed.
