I would like to thank you for your intervention on 8111 260...YOu
showed impartial opinion with enough sense to delend business
people. Hass and Nightclubs should be excluded from the lrantic,
almost raligioua lervor of the groups that tsY to decide on our
hea~;lth.
Tt has worked so Per to have eatabliahmente that era "non
smoking", it has worked so far that hotels have rooms designated
for st0.bkere or non-smokers. It hat worked so far ioz restaurants
to have smoking and non-smoking ¦ectione. It should ALWAY8 be
the buainesa owners decision how he tuna his business, We do not
Head another layer of rules they have to abide by end snforee,
nor do we have the manpower to enforce 1t legally. Conversations
with pollee officers already has given us inQication that they
would not ba following up on such things.
I hope you were able to see the petition that was signed by many
many non-smokers as well as smoksra.

have been lound faulty, but the clgerette nasis contlnus to
quote it, which is the issue they rely on to go aftor emokera.
The truth is they want to impose their will and coacepts on the
