It also provides for the protection of critical infrastructure and prevention of terrorist <br /> incidents; for costs related to the design, development, conduct and evaluation of CBRNE Training <br /> Program; and for costs associated with implementing each state's Homeland Security Strategy. <br /> Because a separate Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is required for the additional funding, <br /> enclosed is a Draft 2 of Resolution No. 82-03 which now authorizes the Mayor to enter into multiple <br /> agreements (instead of one agreement) pertaining specifically to the State Homeland Security Grant <br /> Program. Also enclosed is a Draft 2 of Bill No. 120, which appropriates the additional $2,250,000. <br /> We apologize for any inconvenience that this change may cause.
