And Members Of The Hawaii County Council

RE: Bill 260. Draft 8: Proposed Amendments
[ am writing in support of Dr. Fred Holschuh's proposed amendments to bill 260, Draft 8
as outlined in his July I 2003 memorandum. For clarification, references to nightclubs
have been deleted from the following two sections: Section 14-2 I (a)(2) and Section 14-
22(a)(3). This will make the bill more consistent in its application.
