The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
a Resolution Authorizing the Director of Finance to Negotiate a
Fifty-Five Year Lease ~rrith the Hawaii Island Community
Development Corporation of Hawaii for the Purpose of Development
and Construction of a Thirty-Unit Senior Rental Housing Project
at a Set Lease Rental Amount of $10.00 per Year.
The Hawaii County Housing Agency reviewed and approved the
resolution at its meeting on July 22, 2003, and voted as follows:

F. Holschuh, B. Jacobson, B. Leithead-Todd,
