RESOLUTION NO. 88 03
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE COUNCIL'S GRATITUDE TO
COUNCIL MEMBER BOBBY JEAN LEITHEAD-TODD FOR HER
SERVICE TO THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`1.
WHEREAS, Bobby Jean Leithead-Todd has been a Council Member of
the County of Hawaii since 1996 representing Council District 2, South Hilo;
and
WHEREAS, during these past years, Council Member Leithead-Todd has
participated on all standing committees and served as Chair of the Committee on
Planning (1996-2003); and
WHEREAS, Council Member Leithead-Todd resigned from office
effective July 31, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it hereby extends its gratitude to Council
Member Bobby Jean Leithead-Todd for her many years of service together with
best wishes for continued health, success and prosperity.
