RE: Amendment: Bill 118, Draft 3, R~xibg to Sister-City Relationships
Attached is Bill 118, Draft 3. The amendment is based on the motion made during the
July 23, 2003 council meeting. The amended section now reads.
Page l: Section 2-164(b). Offers reciprocative educational, [and] technological
assistance,] or [potential ~ economic benefits, including special knowledge, know-how or
