RE: Bill 260, Draft 9
Attached is Bill 260, Drat 9. The following amendments are pursuant to motions made
during the July 23, 20(13 County Council meeting.
Page 1: Section 14-20(a)(1). The definition of "bar" is amended by using the definition
in Bill 260, Drat 6.
Page 2: Section 14-20(a)(6). "I~he definition for "enclosed or partially enclosed arca°
was amended to reflect both singular and plural.
Page 5: Section 14-22(a)(1). Since a new section was added, Section 14-21(a)(14), a
corresponding amendment was needed to reflect this change.
Page 3: Section 14-21(a)(2). Please note that the language for this section came from the
July 23, 2003 handout presented to the Council titled "Proposed Amendment." For
clarification, the following additional amendments were made to the handout:
u Section 14-21(a)(2): The word "expecf' was deleted and replaced by
"except"; also an additional reference added to reFlect 14-21(a)(2)(B).
u Section 14-21(a)(2)(A). The word "Until" was deleted and replaced by the
word "Through."
? Section 14-21(a)(2)(B). The word "Atter" was deleted and replaced by the
word 'Beginning."
