Chair, dated July 24. 2003, requesting to have Art Souza or his representative make a
presentation at the HS&EDC's August 5. 2003 meeting. Mr. Souza would like to present
information with island wide interest regarding the recent conversion of Waimea School
into a charier school and their vision for the future.
