Attached is Bill No. d4. Draft which includes the following amendments as discussed at today's
Committee meeting:
I . New Condition F which includes the recommendation of Paul LeMahieu.
"The applicant shall contribute to the development, funding, and/or construction of school
facilities, on a lair-share basis, as determined by and to the satisfaction of the Department
of Education (DOE). Perms of the contribution shall be agreed upon by the applicant and
the DOE prior to applicant filing for subdivision approval."
2. New Condition L which includes the standard language for prohibiting the construction of
a second dwelling and condominium propem regimes.
3. New Condition M which includes the standard language used for fair share contributions.
4. New Condition O ti~hich includes the standard language used for the annual progress
report.
