Thank you for the recent submittal of the revised Conceptual Roadway Network Plan for
the above referenced ordinances. This will comply with Condition C of Ordinance No.
96-60 (REZ 450) and with Condition D or Ordinance No. 97-42 (REZ 849) requiring the
submittal of an overall roadway circulation plan for the entire development of the subject
property.

Revised Roadway Circulation Plan as required by
Conditions C of Ordinance 96-60 (REZ 450) and D of 97-42 (REZ X49)
TMK: 7-7-08: 11 (por.), 30 and 96
In response to your letter dated July 2003, please find attached two (2) copies of the revised
Conceptual Roadway Network f lan f
or the Alii Highway Subdivision. In accordance with this letter,
the plan has been changed to include an arrow showing the north-bound extension of Laaloa Avenue
and for the north-south street alignment situated roughly mid-level between Kuakini Highway and
the Kahului to Keauhou Parkway.
It is our m~derstanding that with the submittal of this revised plan, Towne-Keauhou LLC is in
compliance with Condition C ofOrdinance No. 96-60 (REZ 450) and Condition D of Ordinance No.
97-42 (REZ 849).
