Re: Capital Budget
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance adding the ADA Curb Ramp Compliance Program
project for $2,500,000 to the Capital Budget. This project proposes to eliminate barriers to
persons with physical disabilities at County roadway intersections as required by the
Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. This appropriation is for the federal share of the
project costs and will be entirely reimbursable.
