We ask that a letter of appreciation be sent to the donor. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the recipient Department. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): Council action is being requested to accept and acknowledge a donation by the Kmart Corporation, Kailua- Kona, Hawaii. Mr. Karl Lizza has donated a 13" symphonic TVNCR to the Department of Parks and Recreation, Aquatic Division, with a value of approximately $126.00. It will be used by the Konawaena Pool and other facilities to teach American Red Cross classes to the community on an ongoing basis.
