Re: Draft 2 for RESOLUTION No. 233-02
During the last council term, we submitted Resolution No. 233-02, authorizing the
payment of funds for more than one fiscal year for amulti-year lease agreement with a
vendor that will be selected through the RFP process for the acquisition of a core
financial and human resource software system with related components. This
resolution was deferred at the Finance Committee on September 10, 2002.
Enclosed is a Draft 2 of Resolution No. 233-02 which provides additional information as
the RFP process is drawing to a close.
