Towill's plans for the subdivision of his land <br /> adjacent to ours into one-acre lots, and we wish to express our agreement with his <br /> request for rezoning of the area. It is our understanding that continued flooding of the <br /> area may be prevented by the improvement of the storm drainage facilities on Wilder <br /> Road. In order to accommodate our needs, the original layout of Mr. Towill's <br /> subdivision plan which had its access over a widened Hapuu Road (which adjoins our <br /> property), was redesigned so that it will have its access to Kaumana Drive further up the <br /> hill, thereby avoiding the necessity to build up the elevation of Hapuu Road which would <br /> have made our access difficult.
