I would like to go on re ;ord as being opposed to the Council granting preliminary approval for
the rezoning of Kaumana, from Agricultural to Family Agricultural. I do not: think that the impact of
impending development has been proper-_y considered. I would certainly hope that as a corrnnunity
member, we are afforded the right to have proper representation on the County Council regarding this
matter.
At the very least, I would hope '..hat the con¢nunity be given a chance to voice their concerns at a
public hearing. Our concerns have a right to be heard!
