Attached for your favorable consideration is Bill No. 130, Draft 2, which includes the following
amendments as discussed at the August 5, 2003 Planning Committee meeting:
1. Replaces the existing language in Condition F, with the fair share language used
for the Kaloko area.
2. Amends Condition I' to include the phrase "to more than one lot ~ in the first
sentence.
