From Public Works Director Bruce C McClure, dated July 9, 2003, stating their
Traffic Division is requesting the mid-block crosswalk located in front of the
Central Kona Union Church be deleted and moved to a more appropriate location
by Ala Ke`eke'e Place. Approximately 50 percent ofthe church congregation
supports this proposal.

prom Finance Director William'fakaba, dated August 5, 2003, transmitting the
above resolution, which authorizes the abandonment and disposition of a
government paper road to G. Rick Robinson and associates. An independent
appraiser has determined that the fair market value of the road with an area of
.877 acre (38?02 square feet) is $5.'700.
