Dear Councilman Safarik:
We, the undersigned, would like to ride our off-road motorcycles
and ATVs without becoming criminals. However, this is nearly
impossible since the Big Island has no designated area where we
can pursue our legitimate sport. Please do what you can to allow
Hawaii County to join the rest of the state by providing a safe,
designated place for us and our families to ride. Thank you in
advance for your support of this important goal.
