amendments as discussed at today~s l'ouncil meeting:
1. New Condition D. Includes language to prohibit the construction of a
second dwelling and condominium property regimes on the property.
2. Deletes the old (bndition H regarding the fair share contributions.
3. Renumbers the remaining conditions accordingly.
