Attached is Bill No. 135, Drafi 2, which includes the following amendments as discussed at today's
Committee meeting:
1. Condition E.
"Access from the project site to State Highway I 1 shall meet with the approval of the
Department of "l ransportation. The applicant shall attempt to secure an agreement from
the State to use the relocated service station easement If permission is obtained, access
shall be solely from that easement. [Should the Slate grant an easement through the
existing service station property, In either case the applicant shall pay or cause Che
construction of _50% of the cost of installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of
Huina Road and Highway 1 I in conjunction with the State's planned intersection
improvements "
Condition L. Replaces the word "initiated" Hith "initiate".
