Curtis Tyler, Ill, Vice Chair \ Committee on Planning ~ ~ e~ ` r' RE: Proposed Bill No. 130, Draft 3 v Applicant: Clifford Kabumoto TMK: 7-3-19:21 and 30 Following the first reading of Draft 2 of the referenced bill. 1 was contacted by the applicants representative, Greg Mooers, who noted some inconsistencies with that draft. (See attached August 21, 2003 email) As a result. I have reviewed my tiles and concur that two portions of Condition F of Draft 2 are inconsistent with the discussions and actions taken by the Planning Committee on August 5. 2003. Accordingly, 1 propose and request your approval of the following amendments: Condition F. "Homestead Road, if used to provide access to more than one lot. shall be widened and] improved from Che point of the subdivision access to } Iighway 190, meeting with the requirements of the Department of Public Works, prior to receipt of final subdivision approval The intersection with Highway 190 shall meet with the approval of the Department of Public Works and the State Department of Transportation. Since approval of these changes will bring the bill into conformity with actions of the Planning Committee, I do not believe they are substantive. "thank you for your favorable consideration of this request. Please call me if you have any questions or need further information. ~,q~ Comm. No. ' Ref. TOPresr~f~0 1 Ref.
