Re: BILL No. 139, Draft 3
Please replace Bill No. 139 with the enclosed Draft 3 of this same bill.
Bill No. 139 amends the Operating Budget by appropriating State funds of $300,000 to the
Adolescent Treatment Center and $100,000 to the Community Anti-Drug Effort accounts.
Draft 1 and 2 of this bill inadvertently assigned revenue account numbers from the federal
grants base account series (3303) instead of the state grants base account series (3305).
Draft 3 of Bill No. 139 replaces the revenue base account numbers 3303.29 and 3303.30 with
the proper state grants base account numbers 3305.34 and 3305.35, respectively.
