Dear Chairperson Arakaki and Council members:
SUBJECT: DRAFT 2 for Resolution 92-03
Enclosed is a draft 2 of resolution 92-03, which authorizes the abandonment and
disposition of a government paper road to G. Rick Robinson and associates. An
independent appraiser has determined that the fair market value of the road with an area
of .877 acre (38,202 square feet) is $5,700.
Draft 2 includes a new whereas section pertaining to the conditions set upon the disposal
of this remnant of land, as was amended during the Committee on Public Works &
Intergovernmental Relations meeting on August 19, 2003.
