stop; eliminate the existing Mid-Block Crosswalk fronting the Administration Oliice

above ordinance bill. States, currently, taxis greeting visiting cruise ships have no
staging area in which to wait for potential riders. The taxi stand. which will be
located just outside the guard shack at the entrance to the pier. will provide two stalls
for taxis.
