SUBJECT: COUNCIL'S 2004 STAT EGISLATIVE PROGRAM

This is to inform you that we will begin formulating the Council's 2004 State
Legislative Package. This year the legislature will convene on January 21, 2004. Please
submit written proposals - bills or concepts - to the Public Works and l~ter-
Govemmental Relations Committee for discussion. These proposals should he turned in
by October 9, 2003, the deadline for the October 21, 2003 committee meeting.
