Vacant Council Seat. Recommenda[ion far Michael Tulang
I have known Michael Tulang for over 25 years. He has been a mentor, a comrade and a `
trusted and valuable feend. His personal values, unimpeachable integrity and knowledge
of this isla[?d and our island coaurrunity stimd Michael to express himself on our behalf.
He could be retired, he could be seeking monetary expression for his wisdom, but
because of whom he is he has heard the call to public service, please give him the
opportunity to reprosent us at the County Council.
In addition to his qualifications as a person who understands people and economics he is
a person of the land. His knowledge of agricultural and conservation will serve the
Council and our community well. I knew that you will agree that he has the wisdom that
when added with your own and that of the other members of our County Council the
Council be stronger and wiser and which your decisions will demonstrate.
