Caller said helicopters were flying below caller's two "700" foot ohia trees in caller's yard (clarified height of trees at least 5 times). Comments: Notified caller's spouse that one of the helicopters in the Ka'u District on this date was silver and the other white. Henry Tavares that we would not fly near caller's property because it was an Indian ceremonial ground and that her bisons are sacred animals. Upon checking with Capt. Then caller saw a second helicopter across the street from caller's house which caller believed was eradicating marijuana. Caller's baby was sleeping and was afraid baby would wake up. Related that in the afternoon, between 1400/1500 hours, the same helicopter returned and made 2 passes. Caller feels that helicopter wanted caller to know that they see caller. Caller said that it was flying lower than the legal limit but does not know what the limit is. Caller could see the people within the helicopter and that the doors were closed.
