Attached is Bill No. 147, Draft 2 with the amendments as discussed at today's Planning Committee
meeting.
I . Condition G.
"All comiector roadways within the proposed subdivision shall be constructed to County
dedicable standards and dedicated to the County [upon request) at no cost to the County.
The subdivision roads shall have at least one connection to the norch to the adjoining
properties and at least one connection to the south that will fallow access from properties
on that side meeting with the approval of the Department of Public Works. ~ connect to the
Old Homestead Road. The east-west (mauka-makai) road within the suhdivision shall
connect to Kohanaiki Homestead Road and to Mamalahoa Highway. ~ The roads shall he
constructed in the manner specified by [he Department of Public Works. ~ The roadway-
connection to Kohanaiki Homestead Road shall be atg ed and locked and used only in
times of emer~ncy and for evacuation purposes."
2. New Condition II.
"A water line ,hall be constructed from the subject property to Kohanaiki I lomestea~i
Road and a fre hydrant installed within the County owned Kohanaiki Homestead Road
r~ht-of--way to provide fire protection in this area.'"
3. Renumber the remaining conditions accordingly.
d. New Condition M (formerly Condition L). Deletes the existing language and replaces it
with the standard fair share contribution language with offsets for Conditions P and H.
