Pursuant to Sections 92-4 and 92-5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended
(hereinafter "HRS"), the Office of the Corporation Counsel respectfully requests
the above case be placed on the next County Council meeting agenda for
discussion in executive (closed) session.
