RESOLUTION NO. U3
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 06-02, APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE ON
PUBLIC WORKS AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS, AND DESIGNATING THE CHAIR AND VICE
CHAIR THEREOF
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that Resolution No. 06-02 is hereby
repealed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of Rule 6 (Committees) and Rule 7
(Standing Committees) of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of Hawaii, the following members are hereby
appointed to the Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations:
l . Gary Safarik
2. Joe Reynolds
3. Aaron Chung
4. Leningrad Elarionoff
5. Fred C. Holschuh, M.D.
6. Bob Jacobson
7. Michael C. Tulang
8. J. Curtis Tyler, III
9. James Y. Arakaki
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Council Member Gary Safarik and Council Member Joe Reynolds be and are
hereby designated Chair and Vice Chair, respectively, of said Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations.
