Curtis Tyler, II[, dated September 19, 2003, following up on his recent conversation with I IS&EDC Chair Fred Holschuh, M.D., regarding a July 2 communication received from the State Council of Hawaiian homestead Associations/Hui Kako'o 'Aina Ho'opulapula (SCHHA/hU1) (copy enclosed). about making a presentation on the economic impact of federal recognition proposed under the Akaka Bill. States he believes it is important for all citizens to he well informed about this important proposal. and requests the placement of this mailer on the October 7. 2003 HS&EDC meeting agenda.
